N.Peal offers a sophisticated and seamless returns process, allowing customers to return or exchange luxury cashmere items within 28 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your items inside the original N.Peal box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the completed returns form is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affixing it clearly to the outside of your parcel while removing any old delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange is processed.
